A teacher should know English grammar very well. He or she will organize the student's course of study (8, 12 or 20 lessons) according to the their needs and requests.

The teacher will call the student on time and carefully listen to the student to correct his/her mistakes, help him/her to formulate his/her sentences properly and explain the correct grammar rules.
Finally, the teacher will send some grammar exercises via e-mail related to the mistakes that the students make frequently, based on his or her assesment of the student.

The most valuable data for a teacher in our school will be the “package renewal” statistic. This statistic will demonstrate clearly whether the students are enjoying their lessons and wish to continue to learn English with English-by-Phone.

Important notes:
> We work ONLY with teachers who are available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
> Ideally, we prefer that you be available consistently every business day at the same time (for example, 6pm until 11:30pm Monday till Friday)
> The salary for conversational English lesson is 12USD/50 minutes to start.
> The salary for group lesson is 15USD/50 minutes to start.
> The salary for specialized English is flexible depending on your course and your qualifications.
> The salary for evaluation is $2 per evaluation and a bonus of $2 if the evaluation turns into a sale.
> Note that a minimum of 3 months of Conversational English lessons is required before applying to the Group and Specialized English programs.
> You need a calm place to work.
> We reserve the right to cancel a lesson up to 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place without payment – if we cancel the lesson less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place however, you will be paid for that lesson.
