> Set the availability according to your time zone. Make sure that you correctly set the “country,” “region” and “timezone.” The program will automatically convert your available times to our time zone.

> If you are available every day at 6am, you can click “6am” and all the check boxes will be selected at the same time. Click again to un-select them all. The same principle can be used for the “days” you are available.

> We work ONLY with teachers who have a minimum of 20 hours a week available.

> Since we sell lessons in packages of 8, 12 or 20, lessons, it is better if your available days and times are consistent from one day to the next. For example, if you can only work Monday at 7am, Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at midnight, we will probably not be able to find students to match that schedule. Therefore, it will not be possible us to hire you.

> Keep in mind that your availability template is editable even after you fill it out. For example, if you can usually work Monday through Friday from 6am until 11am, but on a certain date you can't, you can un-select the availability for that precise date.
